The Rev. Alejandro Daniel López Verdugo of the Confessional Lutheran Church of Chile visits a family living in a damaged and dangerous apartment on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, in Iquique, Chile. The apartment complex was damaged from a magnitude 8.2 earthquake on April 1, 2014 approximately 95km northwest of Iquique.
